The Journal of Occupational Health, Risk Management and Safety (JOHRMS) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of published content. Our archiving policy ensures that all articles remain accessible, discoverable, and permanently available.

 Digital Archiving

  • All published articles are archived on the journal’s website under the “Archives” section.
  • Articles are assigned unique DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) for permanent access (DOI system coming soon).
  • Content is periodically backed up on secure external and institutional repositories.

 Institutional Repository

JOHRMS encourages institutional archiving. Authors are allowed to deposit published versions of their articles in institutional repositories, government archives, and subject-based repositories (e.g., Academia.edu, ResearchGate,  Google Scholar  or institutional libraries), with appropriate citation and link to the journal’s official version.

LOCKSS and CLOCKSS (Planned Integration)

We are working towards integration with LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS for decentralized, distributed preservation of the journal’s content in university and library networks.

Author Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may freely archive:

  • Pre-print versions (before peer review)
  • Accepted manuscripts (after peer review and revisions)
  • Published versions with appropriate citation and a link to the journal
